Anyone know of a good bubble flare tool kit for less than $75.00?

I did a search, and found several for sale. But I can’t even tell what they are, let alone if they’re good.
ETA: Seriously, what are they? Maybe I need one…
The problem I always run into with automotive tools is if they’re cheap, there’s usually a reason.
Found this at Home Depot, no idea of its quality, but it’s under $75
I’m considering this model from OTC. The tool has received good reviews at Amazon.com and is priced around $30.00.
Anyone here use this particular model?
