Instead of de-railing the Israel/Palestine war thread I am sharing some of my favorite sites, blogs, and independent journalist’s.
Feel free to include yours.

PLEASE DO NOT POST CORPORATE MEDIA LINKS
You’re cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Since it is complicated, I recommend books. Since I sympathize more with the Israelis, or least Israeli centrism, most of the ones I recommend are written by centrist Israelis. For a short one to start:

Letters to My Palestinian Neighbor

As for web sites, I recommend:

The Times of Israel

It might be objected that everyone I recommend isn’t independent. or that there is some corporation behind the Times of Israel (not sure where their funding comes from beyond donations/subscriptions). I’m not quite sure what to make of that word (independent) in this context. More than independence , It will take years to sort out what really happened this month and why.

Middle East freelance correspondent Maha Hussaini on Thursday was named among the finalists for a top journalism award, the Martin Adler Prize, for her reporting from the besieged Gaza Strip. @Reimann

@PhillyGuy on the home page click menu and click 'About, FAQS, who we are etc.

Most of the time news website’s use very small fonts and place the ‘about’ on the bottom of the page.
Corporate media ie syndicated news.

I have found “most” have political agendas.
Corporate and syndicated news media are the worst offenders imho. The largest one’s only have a ‘contract us’ to get information about who owns it and the name of CEO. For example, FOX, CNN, AP, BBC, Reuters, etc. I hope this helps.
Also thank you for your links and I look foward to reading them.

Here is a very informative read.

CPB is a nonprofit private corporation and is guided by a nine-member board of directors. These directors are appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.

Another website I like :
Human Rights Watch investigates and reports on abuses happening in all corners of the world. We are roughly 450 people of 70-plus nationalities who are country experts, lawyers, journalists, and others who work to protect the most at risk, from vulnerable minorities and civilians in wartime, to refugees and children in need. In order to maintain our independence, we accept no money from any government.

We rely solely on the generosity of people like you to defend human rights.

That’s because they are news websites and people go to them for news, not to see who runs them. If you want to see who runs a news organization, usually going to the home page of the company that actually owns them is sufficient. I can quite easily navigate to the Leadership page from the WarnerMedia home page. Clicking on About->Leadership on the home page of the Walt Disney Company shows the big bosses as well. They sure do a shitty job of hiding.

What’s the debate here?

Corporate media at least knows when to use apostrophes.
