You can’t be serious? The posts say that Israel is setting up tactics and roadblocks for the Palestinians to access their land, and that, consequently Israel considers that land abandoned and occupy it. So the answers are yes and yes.

Agreed. Even many of Israel’s best friends acknowledge there have been offenses. The Israeli Supreme Court has ruled against a number of seizures.

There is a reasonable debate over how big and how bad the problem is, but there certainly is a problem. One of the first things a peace conference needs to do is establish clearly-defined borders.

Even if all the extremists died tomorrow, could even the moderates find a way past the question of the Right of Return or the status of Jerusalem?

I disagree. I believe if we could somehow neuter the extremists that we’d be able to come up with a solution that would work. If Northern Ireland can come to an uneasy peace then I believe it’s possible in the Middle East. But sadly we can’t neuter the extremists.
