I just came home, catastrophically drunk, and wanted to hear some Live. Youtube gave me Ed and Sinead O’Connor doing Overcome. I have never heard Sinead so destroyed before. She had nothing to bring to the table. Nothing.

Oh, I may have forgotten to say that I love Ed and his band beyond plain sexual fouls. I will give him my balls in a nice package.
Sinéad has really let herself go, twenty years ago she would’ve been the better (and balder) singer. Now, she looks like she escaped from the women’s prison in a pile of laundry to make it to the show on time. Ed Kowalczyk, on the other hand, is pretty much just like I remember him.
Looks like she sang with him as a lead in to Nothing Compares 2U which she performed okay, but it was certainly not inspired.
I kind of wondered if she was pregnant in some of the NC2U shots.
