Help me understand something here: In the world of intellectualism and higher academia, is it not true that atheism, evolution, etc. are far more accepted, ‘proper,’ mainstream, and touted as correct than Christianity, creationism, etc.?
I don’t care what its programming says, the robot’s a liar.
Of course not. For one thing, you’re conflating athiesm/evolution and christianity/creationism. Plenty of christians, possibly even a majority, accept evolution. For the other part, no, christians (or other religious adherents) are not subjected to the same level of suspicion and potential ostracization that athiests face in some workplaces.
People who want honest and fair news.
Probably still black people, at least to an extent.
Not too much power. zap Ooh, that hurts!
Gay people didn’t face discrimination either as long as they weren’t out. The old excuse of “I’m a confirmed bachelor” is not that different from “I’m not very interested in religion.”
On the other hand, I got to go to the bathroom in a cathedral just last Sunday so we atheists might be in better shape than trans people.
You might be biased…![]()
