I just don’t like us as a culture falling into this pattern of thinking all physical affection is somehow sexual. Hell, even some parents I know are wary of hugging their kid’s spouse or partner. That’s just sad.
It’s throwing out the baby with the bathwater. There’s got to be a happy medium somewhere.
