I’m having trouble making this work. After several attempts, all I’ve managed is a steamy wet sidewalk, dirty looks from neighbors, and the groundskeepers are yelling at me in Spanish to knock it off.

On the other hand, I do live in Los Angeles…

I was too angry at the cold to try it but I had Facebook friends that said it worked well. We hit about -5 last night.
