Then theres Bud Selig. He rips my dear city apart demanding a stadium that’s going to end up costing $1/2 billion:eek: for a team that hasn’t been anywhere near the playoffs for 20 years.
He’s fucking with several other teams in National Baseball, and tonight he helps screw Milwaukee out of an event that hasn’t been here for 27 years. Now he’s on television trying to justify it.

While I can see Bob Brenly and Joe Torre getting a little worried about screwing up a pitcher’s arm that doesn’t play on his team, Bud Selig should be the one who tells them to go out and play. I’m sure those guys threw some complete games in high school, if no where else.
Maybe Selig made the right decision, I don’t know. But I know that he shouldn’t have held up the game that long to discuss it in the middle of the 11th. But then again, what should I’ve expected from Bud?
