I have a number of students that’ve been diagnosed with mild autism or OCD or some sort of fixation where they just can’t relax and let things slide. With treatment, they’re much happier.

In post after post I have set aside the idea of intercourse and asked you why Paterno did not report to the police the fact that Sandusky was showering naked with a boy. That alone warrants an investigation, but as I said before, there does not even need to be physical contact for there to be a crime.
Meanwhile, your justifications as to why this could not be rape are idiotic. Are you seriously telling me that a man of Sandusky’s age, a former athlete, is too weak to squat? I disagree, on both counts. Children and adults legally shower every day in this country, whether with parents, relatives or in nudist colonies, and have historically been exposed to naked adults of both sexes at such non-conservative gatherings as love-ins, rock concerts, communes, gay pride parades and “naked bicycle rides” in San Francisco. Given all that, Joe Paterno can hardly be blamed for not being of the opinion that for a man and boy to shower together is not a freak-out-and-call-the-cops offense. Plus I’ve asked for cites as to your claim and no one so far has posted any sort of statute explicitly identifying man/boy showering as an illegal offense.

I believe this would be difficult to do in a front-to-back configuration. Not to put too fine a point on it, but I believe thatvigorous thrusting in this position would propel the recipient (in this case let’s say a small woman who enjoys anal intercourse) too far forward, causing frequent, unwanted and troublesome disengagement. Plus I’d imagine that re-entry in that position would be more troublesome and time-consuming than might be the case with vaginal intercourse. Any time I’ve known of intercouse where the man holds the woman up in the air, the action has been face-to-face, often with the woman holding on, hands behind the man’s neck or some other way.
Plus in the Paterno incident we need to remember that McQueary said has said nothing in any of his testimony to indicate that Sandusky was either in a crouching position or holding the boy in the air. In point of fact his testimony is contrary to the boy being held in the air, as he was described as standing in front of Sandusky with his hands against the wall.
