–You lied when you repeatedly tried to testify that there was “no evidence of distress” on Victim No. 2’s face.
–You lied when you claimed McQueary wouldn’t have seen Sandusky raping Victim No. 2 because the lights were off (they indubitably were not) and obviously when McQueary turned them on Sandusky would have backed away.
–You lied when you claimed that reasonable people would clearly have read the Grand Jury’s characterization of Paterno’s paraphrase using the word “fondling” as meaning “non-sexualized touching.” The IMHO poll proved what utter crap this was, humiliating you in the process. You still have not acknowledged the fallacious nature of your position.

This is a lie. You posted a broadly worded statute obviouly intended to allow the police and prosecuters wide latitude in bring charges for various forms of child abuse or alleged child abuse. Nothing in it specifically addresses adults and minors showering together or somehow touching each other. Therefore there was no law specifically prohibiting it and no law for Joe Paterno to have known of as alleged.

Information was immediately posted (maybe even by you) showing McQueary’s clear testimony as to wondering why the lights were on when he entered the room, whereupon I immediately acknowledged the error and retracted that aspect of my argument. I’m curious to know how many more times you’ll repeat this lie before the thread dies, as you know the truth perfectly well but still repeat this lie at every opportunity.
