Itunes compatible MP3 player

I am looking for a 32 Gb mp3 player. My iphone and ipod are too small. Since everything I listen to is stored or accessed through iTunes I want to but an new player but since money is an object, I want something not apple but iTunes compatible. When I look online all the information seems to be pre-2010. What can I buy that will let me access my iTunes music and podcast library?

Hi there,

Have you got itunes on your computer? If so your best bet would be to use itunes to go into the settings and convert your music files to MP3 format.

Then you can use any media player that supports MP3 files. Something like this will do:

It may only have 4GB internal memory but you can buy a 32GB SD card to go into it, giving you plenty of storage.

Hope that helps!

Just to add, you would have to connect the MP3 unit to your laptop and drag and drop the files across to the MP3 player.

That helps alot. If I convert to mp3 can I still load things into my apple devices as well?

Yes, you can. iPods, iPhones, and iPads are all mp3 compatible. In fact 99% of the tunes on my two iPhones are in mp3 format, either converted by me or bought from vendors such as Amazon and Rhapsody.

If you get a device that will play AAC (which I would think covers most players on the market these days) then no need to convert anything. Just drag and drop.
