That Google search includes rail only tunnels. 
Your choices are mostly limited to the PA turnpike system with a number of tunnels west of Harrisburg, two on the northeast extension, and a bunch of local tunnels around Pittsburgh. Philly has no real tunnels-just glorified underpasses.
The only thing displeasing about PA tunnels is their interplay with weather. Roll into a turnpike tunnel at 0200 doing 55, and emerge on the other side into dense fog.
