I would add, “This is the greatest employee – nay, human being – in all of Iceland. In fact, he’s more like a superhuman when it comes to business. Without him, your company will surely fail and your life will end in misery. But with him, you will be the envy of all – and the success of your country!”

Seriously though, good luck with that. Sorry things are so rough over there.

I’m not sure of the conventions there, but “recommend without hesitation” is even better than “highly recommend” and it’s what I would use for someone exemplary. If you still have time for edits :slight_smile:
