Just coming off the South Beach Diet, I’m eating a good portion of Fiber One for breakfast. 14g per 1/2 C serving I believe–and you know no one eats only 1/2 C of cereal. Being a vegetarian, and loving bean burritos I probably top out above the OP more than half the time–and cauliflower & broccoli isn’t even in season yet! Not coincidently i have 2 pounds of black beans soaking right now–gonna make me up about 10 buritos and toss them in the freezer for lunche. I love being regular!
That Cecil article was interesting, I think I’ll drink plenty of water with my burritos and let the cereal soak up the milk from now on.
