I've gone over to the dark side; or, Is anyone playing EQII?

After way too many years of EQ (and the countless fights with the spouse - “but I HAVE to play tonight! We’re doing Vex Thal!”) I gave it up cold turkey and have been playing WoW on and off since. I really like WoW. I was in the betas for both it and EQII.

Lately, though, I’ve been in the mood for a new game. Couple that with EQII being on sale at WalMart, and I’m the proud new owner of yet another obsession.

Anyone else playing? Is it any good? I really didn’t like it compared to WoW when I was in the betas, but I’m starting to really miss being able to mez…

It’s pretty good and fairly balanced. The game is pretty astrong all thw way to high levels and doesn’t have nearly as many little boys screwing it up for everyone else.
