It’s always going to be true that people can throw ridiculous lawsuits around until they’re classified as a vexatious litigant (which Yaniv hasn’t yet been, but is well on the way.) That did not start with the transgender movement; it was something that took place before Yaniv was born. A smarter person might actually have been able to win a case like that, but Yaniv is a complete dumbass who left an online trail of vile, racist abuse on the Internet so wide that Stevie Wonder could have followed it.
