The video has been making the rounds on car/bike forums I frequent. It’s hilarious how motorcycle riders are so ingrained with being ever-vigilant that when someone else does something stupid that causes an accident, they blame themselves for not being alert enough to avoid them.
In this case, the rider had the right of way, but in his case I’d have assumed the driver didn’t see me and slowed/stopped (always assume they can’t see you). He clearly planned to zip around it, only to discover the driver was inexplicably blocking both lanes (in concert with the bus).

Nice bike. I see a lot of girls getting those to begin riding.
