Was Jerry Mathers (aka: Beaver) the voice of Johnny Quest? And if so, was he the original “Johnny Quest”, or wasn’t there a modern-day cartoon movie for which he might have done the voice? Anyone know the scoop?

According the Internet Movie Database, it was Tim Matheson (1964-65).
Mathers never did any voice over work (that I can find credits for). Matheson, on the other hand, was a busy little boy. In addition to doing the classic “Jonny Quest”, he was the voices Jace on “Space Ghost”, and the titular hero Sinbad Jr.
Tim Matheson was also “Otter” in Animal House.
And the Vice President of the United States.
And Alan Stanwyk.
