With Fox & Friends like these…
Who needs enemas?
Shut yo ass up!
and now Hannity is giving away hundreds of Keurigs.
Volvo and Cadillac have also pulled their ads - I eagerly await the videos of those being smashed in solidarity with Roy Moore.
Oh no, his sponsors are starting to O’reilly. That can feed on its own momentum.
Volvo Pulls Its Ads From Hannity - Carnage expected on the nation’s highways.
I suspect they’re playing the same game as the Senate Repubs who’ve said they won’t seat him if he’s elected; if he wins, the governor can then go ahead and appoint someone with the (R) after his name. It’s a win-win for them - they can act outraged and look like they’re doing the right thing while telling the base that it’s all cool to go ahead and vote for the perv, since it’ll get them another Repub in his place.
And the Keurig CEO backtracks the (apparently unauthorized) principled stand in the hope that Hannity’s dunce army will consider drinking a little coffee between Kool-Aids. Glad I didn’t run out and buy one of their shitty machines.
Time to run out a buy an overpriced coffee machine just so I can smash it to show those Indian Ad-pullers at Keurig my displeasure.
Keurig users are pod-people.
Keurig®: When you don’t fuckin’ feel like sharing!™
By sheer happenstance, I just caught Sean The Big Giant Head Hannity slip the dirk into Judge Teeny Boink. Hallucination possible, confirmation pending.
I’m not sure it’s that easy. If they elect him, then the senate can’t just remove him. There would have to be long, drawn-out hearings in which there would be witnesses, testimony, and drama. And I suspect that we’ve not heard the last of witnesses – I mean a fucking mall - a mall - BANNED this guy. I find it hard to believe that we’ve heard the last witness and I suspect that Mitch McConnell is of the same mind.
I somehow think that the best thing that Republicans can do in this instance is…let Doug Jones win. And that’s how fucking crazy the GOP has become. From Gettysburg address, to Square Deal, to City Upon a Hill, to defending child rape.
Well, I suspect there would be hearings, but there certainly wouldn’t need to be. 2/3rds of the Senate can boot a member, apparently for any thing they desire (kind of like impeachment, where the House determines what qualifies as ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’).
Reading through the actual apology, he basically just says that they shouldn’t have said it out loud. The apology is to the “Keurig Team Members” who have suffered because of the tweet, not to anyone actually complaining or to Hannity himself.
So he backtracks without actually backtracking, it sounds like to me.
It’s not like going after Bob Packwood whose popularity plummeted after he had been elected; the Senate would be trying to remove a senator who has been elected with full knowledge of the allegations. And as we’ve seen, the Republicans don’t have the courage to stand up to the crazies in their party. I suspect McConnell knows that his best strategy is to temporarily forget that ALabama exists and to try to let Doug, a moderate and certainly no ‘librul’, wins and perhaps becomes the 2018 version of Max Baucus or Joe Manchin.
Do you know how creepy you had to be to be banned by a mall in the eighties?
So creepy, they swept you out with the roaches and other vermin?
Bill O’Reilly?
Well, if he can’t find his loofah…
