Jewish Dispersal question

We are studying Jewish history [I home school my son] and Billy asked me if there were any of the ‘tribes’ left. I said that I thought after the dispersal that there weren’t any, but that I would check.

So, experts, are there any of the twelve families left, if so, who are they? If the answer is ‘no’, then do you know when/and who the last families were?
