It seems strange to me that none of the women that Kennedy supposedly was with (there were hundreds?) have ever come forward to sell their story to the press…Except for Exeter (sp?) the mistress of a Mafia boss… If he was with as many women as we are told, they must be in their sixties or seventies now and possibly hard up for money…But NO ONE has come forward to tell how they were secreted into the back door of the White House for a “quickie”? It doesnt seem logical…wouldnt they want to tell about that?
Well, a big problem is that Kennedy has been dead for nearly 40 years, plus it wouldn’t be any big shock if a woman came ofrward and said that she had slept with JFK.
It’s interesting that despite all of the books that have come out telling about what JFK was really like, he is still revered by many people, which tells me that people don;t give a rats ass what you do in private as long as it doesn’t affect your job.
WSLer… I disagree…I would like to read about how these women felt about being secretly taken into the White House to meet the PRESIDENT and etc etc etc…yet none of them has told the story…Wouldnt anyone like to read about that? I wonder who they were, was he nice? did they come back? were they paid? what did he want? did he talk to them? I have lots of questions.
Jackie secretly had them all killed.
Ho ho, sure, that’s what they want us to think. Some of us know different. In fact, I have some very strong evidence that… uh, hang on, there’s some guy at the door in a black suit. I’ll just go see what he wants and then come back and post my evidence here on the Board.
Really, dont you think ONE of those hundreds and hundreds of women would have gotten in touch with the Enquirer sometime in the last forty years? It seems amazing to me that none of them were ever heard from…Bill Clinton should have been so lucky…
In 1999, “A Very Private Woman: the life and unsolved murder of presidential mistress Mary Meyer” by Nina Burleigh was released.
I haven’t read that one. The only other one I could find like that in my library’s catalog is Judith Exner’s book “My Story.”
Well, I think I can answer some of your questions. kennedy was quoted as saying that, “He couldn’t get to sleep unless he had gotten laid.”
I imagine that yes, he did talk to them, but I imagine it was of the small talk variety rather then discussing key world issues.
If Kennedy considered them to be good “performers,” then they were probably gotten ahold of more then once.
One thing, I don’t think that there is any evidence that any of them were secretly taken into the White House, thou security standards weren’t quite as high back then, which is why JFK ended up with his brains splattered all over the back seat of a Lincoln convertible.
Now i am more confused…you mean they came in the front door? Was Jackie there? He did go to sleep every nite and I think I remember reading he took a nap everyday…undressed and got into bed in the afternoon…how on earth did this whole thing happen without anyone talking about it EVER? It just seems strange to me that such a huge deception involving so many people ,hundreds of women, who knows how many secret service men, servants and other staff, has never been revealed…guess I’ll just drop it…Thanks for the imput…
IMHO JFK is revered because it was after his death that ‘everything’ according to many people, began to fall apart. Two more assasinations occurred in the US within the next 5 years, where such thing’s hadn’t happened for a long time. His legacy is thought of as a calmer, gentler time before all the ruckus started.
As far as the women coming forth, I’m not sure how many would still be alive. JFK was born in 1917 that would make him 85 now, I wonder how many are still alive. Plus you have to remember back then there wasn’t so much of a ‘kiss and tell’ atmosphere as there is now. Secrets were kept better. I don’t know if you’d call that honor, but it seems to me that there were not as many ‘expose’ books written. I was 25 when JFK was shot, so I remember the time pretty well.
This is all just conjecture and opinion on my part, you understand.
The late Kenneth Tynan’s diary recorded verbatim Marlene Dietrich’s droll account of her rendezvous with President Kennedy.
Yes, but somehow I doubt Kennedy was boinking women his own age. I bet most of them were at least 10 years his junior.
Maybe many of these women were married? Didn’t want husbands/families finding out?
O.K., here’s an idea. Maybe due to the fact that the women are probably older, and grew up in different times, they just might be a little ashamed of sleeping with a married man? And, maybe the fact that it was John Kennedy, who was not a shining example of marital fidelity?
