A viler version of “jack” as in “You don’t know jick”.
This is what struck me when I read the question. In some games, points are awarded for capture of Jick, Jack, Joker and “Game.”
Other than that usage, I’ve never heard the term elsewhere.
I immediately thought of perfume:

VCNJ~
I never heard of the word before seeing this thread (<nitpick> and its title in the main listing </nitpick>), so it didn’t mean anything in particular to me.
The short I sound and the CK ending suggested that it could easily be made into someing unpleasant or insulting, though.
Pedro, from Napoleon Dynamite saying “ick”
I’ve always used “jicky jack” to describe those residential-area intersections where the street you’re on comes to an end only to continue on a few yards to the right or left.
My brother and I describe it this way when giving directions:
“Go down Pennsylvania three blocks. It’ll do a jicky-jack once you get to 14th. Follow it all the way to Hobson.”
Completely unfamiliar. And I’ve seen Kingdom of Loathing.
It’s a shortened version of the popular name “Jichard”.
I’ve noticed graffiti tags around town that say “jick”
Umm, maybe a hick that is so hickish that it had to be bumped up two levels?
Hey, me too! Exact same one.
Do you mean the old definition of ‘longhair’ like when they used to call classical music ‘longhair music’? Or do you mean someone like a hippie or musician from the 60s or 70s?
I guessed “jerk” + “dick.” I’d never heard the word before, though I have heard of Malkmus’s band.
The 60’s/70’s one. I was referring to the creator of Kingdom of Loathing. He has long hair and calls himself a hippy all the time.
To me, it is an utterly meaningless term.
I’m in with the Kingdom of Loathing people. Other than that, the word means nothing to me.
It means nothing as of yet , But I think you know … You must share it !!
Perhaps the child has some sort of speech impediment.
My immediate thought was poop, because my mom used to call poop “gick”, with a hard G. Jick is just too close to gick for me not to think of poop.
Kingdom of Loathing, which doesn’t surprise me since I strated playing after someone here recommended it.
