Joan of Arcadia 1/9, Or The Christmas Break is OVER!!

I liked the ending too–it was a feel-good moment and dammit, I’m not too jaded to enjoy those.
I don’t think however, that a romance will blossom.
Best to be best friends, IMO.

Across the Universe: Fiona Apple. This is on a movie soundtrack, I’m sure of it. Anybody remember what? (and I’m 99% sure it’s not “I am Sam.”)

It’s done very well in the ratings. NBC even moved its Alicia Silverstone show because JoA was clobbering it.

How was it clobbering it? Joan came on at 8:00pm and Miss Match came on at 9:00pm. I like them both but Joan’s definitely superior.

I managed to get the episode via torrents…very, very moving episode. Perhaps my favorite yet.

Miss Match was originally on at 8:00, NBC moved it to 9:00 to get it away from “Joan”

I think that should have been the last episode, not because I don’t like the show… just that would have been a good place to end, everything is all wrapped up.

Aha. When I started watching Miss Match, it was already on at 9:00.

Ivylass, thanks a lot!

Everything is NOT wrapped up! Ssshhh…don’t even THINK about it!!!

Joan of Arcadia won a People’s Choice Award for New television dramtic series.

I didn’t see Miss Match in the Tv schedule at all, or I would have taped it for Aesiron.

Loved the whole big disaster/feather bit at the end.

It was in Pleasantville. The only video I’ve seen for this was also from the same movie.

Anyone have a tape of this episode they’d be willing to send my way? I typically have **viva ** tape it for me but she thought that I had watched it this week and didn’t tape it and I’d *really * like to see this one.

If you do, my email is in my profile. I’d really appreciate it.
