They flushed the sheriff, but they did not flush the deputy…

There is still one turd remaining, the former deputy of Joe Arpaio won the primary. Guy only avoided charges against him like Arpaio because of a technicality (outside the statute of limitations).

Still, it is not likely that the Republican candidate that won the primary will win against Sheriff Penzone in the main election. Sheridan, the former Arpaio deputy has been running as “I’m not Arpaio, but I can be a bit hard”, it worked for the Republican side. But, people in Maricopa County (that includes Phoenix) are tired of electing guys that waste monumental amounts of money in lawsuits that take place when bigoted autocrats get to decide how to enforce Draconian laws.

Arpio was not just flushed by voters… he was too repugnant and odious for Republican Primary voters.

The other thing I liked about this thread was seeing the poster with “banned” next to his name getting owned over and over again. Glad we flushed that turd as well.

The voters/taxpayers of Arizona have by now seen that Sheriff Joe is truly the grift, er gift that keeps on giving:
