Batman and Robin was horrible, but my family loves the Phantom of the Opera film. I know he is famous for many other movies, but those are the ones I remember him for.
He directed St. Elmo’s Fire too.
He also directed the Chicago premier of Mamet’s Speed the Plow
And Lost Boys.
Lost Boys was very good. Everything else was meh or sucked. IMHO.
I wonder if there will be nipples on his coffin?
I Pity The Fool who forgets to mention D.C. Cab.
Err, that is to say, Falling Down was quite good.
Very much ahead of its time, too, with its depiction of white male entitlement, resentment and rage.
