I agree that the unofficial “GQ Joke Rule” is after the OP has been adequately answered, jokes are fine.
I think the moderators do give a lot of latitude when the thread title has been typed incorrectly. For example, find out just how NASA protects the astronauts from comic radiation LOL.
That thread was a frivolity festival until SamClem stepped in to change the topic title.
In all seriousness, I thought the OP really wanted to know about the dangers of comic radiation.
