I’ve never had it, but, out of curiosity, as I’ve never really thought about it before, what is cream soda flavor? Is it just supposed to be a cream-and-vanilla flavor?

Yes. Mixed fresh at a fountain, it’s soda water with vanilla syrup and cream.

Hard to find these days, of course. You might be able to get them to make you one at Margie’s, but it’s not on the menu.
