So, who is this guy? He’s quite witty.

Witty? he’s just reciting racist talking point in rhyme.
Never heard of him but he’s on my list now. His Wikipedia entry is sparse but there’s a few links at the bottom in References to articles about him. Looks like he’s trying to tackle some heavy, heavy issues in his tracks. Check out his other YouTube videos, damn. Reminds me of Vince Staples, who is also heavy as fuck.
This video is pretty cool. I have to mull over whether or not I want to share it on FB.
It’s an imaginary conversation between a white person and a black person. If you didn’t watch the whole video, you may not have gotten to the second verse which is a response to the racist first verse.
There are some typos but here’s a link to the lyrics.
There’s quite a bit more in there if you’re interested in looking.
For example, I like how most racial accusations in the first act mirror those of the second (in tone, anger, righteous, skewy-ness, etc).
Another point I enjoyed was how both voices would get angrier and angrier (and with it more crass/vulgar) until they would reset and say/repeat “I’m not racist.” They yell, spit, plead, the phrase “I’m not racist.” It sounds like this is Joyner’s true voice there, for both the 1st and 2nd verse.
