Judicial Enquiry

With the current Judicial enquiry in the UK into the death of Dr David Kelly, I would like to know if judicial enquiries have the power to prosecute people if evidence of any wrong doing is found. If not what happens next?

No. It will be for the Crown Prosecution Service to decide whether anyone gets prosecuted. And remember that evidence of wrong-doing need not be the same thing as evidence of law-breaking or evidence that would stand up in a criminal court.
