That’s my thought too. It’ll have to go eventually.
More confirmation that I’m gaining muscle - after days of digging most days, my weight remains the same, but most of the clothes I tried on today fit in another size down. The scale certainly isn’t the whole story.
Had a great first week, I found the tracking at www.fatsecret.com and that’s really helped in tracking carbs. They have an Ipad app too but I’ve found going to the website directly works better for me. Just a few functions missing from the app but it feels better on the web browser.
I feel like I’ve done nothing all week but eat, drink water and pee, but the results are awesome:
Starting weight: 218
Current weight: 211
Initial goal: 163
Loss this week: 7lbs
I’ve also lost about an inch from both hips and waist.
Oh, I forgot to say, my arms look the same size but my bingo wings are almost gone. My calves which were never fat have muscular definition to them now. And my stomach appears to be exactly the same size. I know there’s muscle in there, too, because you can’t dig dirt for hours without making stomach muscles, but it doesn’t show.
