That’s what we purchased for the holidays, a cast iron, enamel coated dutch oven. The first thing we cooked in it was our Xmas day dinner which was Osso Bucco according to the recipe at Cooking for Engineers Veal shanks for 5 people came to over $60 but it was well worth it. We served it over polenta with parmesan cheese.
