Oh, just go to www.allmusic.com and punch “Superman” into the song search. There are hundreds, I’ll bet. 
Matchbox 20’s song “Real World” doesn’t mention Superman by name, but it’s pretty obvious they’re talking about him (there’s a line about getting powers from the yellow sun during the “superhero” stanza, which is pretty much an exclusively Superman schtick).

In spite of its title, “Waitin’ for a Superman” is about the superhero, in my opinion.
