This was MY OP…I have NO idea what happened
I had written a long post about how I had been getting viruses and lately I get the emails with the viruses stripped out and I wondered how can you know for certain it is JUST viruses that are taken out.
My ISP is NOT the one removing the viruses…most emails with crap like that in them are bounced all around to avoid getting caught sending the viruses and along the way someone somewhere took the offending exe out
I linked back to my original thread here so everyone would know what prompted this question in the first place
I was in particular wondering if someday other things might get removed from emails such as music files or even porn since it would seem to me to be even simpler to remove those than search alll emails for new viruses all the time.
