I just received a 2015 Tax Form 5498, for IRA Contribution, on nearly the last day in May. My 2015 taxes were all done about two months ago (of course). What do I do with this now?

Nothing. Just file it away. If you’re audited and questioned about the amount of your IRA contribution, the 5498 will back you up.
