Justin Townes Earle, Singer-Songwriter in Father’s Footsteps, Dies at 38

I love his father’s song Guitar Town. I play it sometimes while waiting for buses.
This has been bumming me out off and on all day. Steve Earle posted a really sweet picture of the two of them on Twitter.
What was the cause of death?

Sad to hear this, I always liked his music.
I think he was a better songwriter and musician than his dad, who’s no slouch himself. And Justin was my age, too, and has a daughter the same age as my daughter. I thought he got clean a long time ago. It’s just really shitty.
