i was just wondering. I recently dowloded i like the way you move from outkast (good song by the way ) and i noticed that after about 10-15 secs it started making Very strange noises anyone know why?
It is probably a mistake in the recording. It is not uncommon to get poorly recorded, damaged, or downright incorrect files from p2p applications.
Try getting the file from a different source, check the bit rate (make sure it is high, like 192 or above 100 at least) compare the file size with other search results of the same file.

Hmmm…will I actually be the first person to reply that there are often “fake” song files posted in order to discourage downloading?
Madonna has tried this, as have many other artists.

Wait, I think I’ve heard about this. It plays for like ten seconds and then gets all garbled, right? Try playing the song from some point in the middle, and see if it plays for ten seconds from that point. It’s a new kind of copyright protection, I think, but I’ve never actually experienced it.
In fact, I heard about it here on the Dope. This thread discusses this phenomenon.
