UV light, i.e. direct sunlight.
UV light is energetic enough to break certain chemical bonds in organic compounds (this is what causes fading of dyes, degrading of plastics etc etc). So it tends to speed up the breakdown of medicines. Many medicines are sold in brown or blue glass bottles, which block UV light.
Also, if the medication causes you to have an out-of-body experience,
