Not complaining, questioning. I didn’t notice how old it was. But I do doubt that, should the prosecution present any piece of evidence whatsoever supporting a charge, and the defense fail to present any evidence at all, the jury is obligated to convict. The standard is “beyond a reasonable doubt”, not “at least one piece of unrefuted evidence”.
Criminal law is not “my line of business.”
Unfortunately this doesn’t help us determine what kind of shot Oswald was, since without knowing any kind of precentile rankings it’s pretty meaningless. If 90% of those tested don’t even make the grade of Marksman, then anyone at any of the three levels would be pretty darn good. At the other extreme it could be that 90% score at the Expert level and that Marksman and Sharpshooter are just euphemisms for “Lousy Shot”.
