Wow, my reaction was exactly opposite: this was one of the best sequels I’ve ever seen and a damned good movie in it’s own right, even if it hadn’t been a sequel.
Jim Carrey was terrific, proving once again that he can actually act when called upon to do so.
And the movie has pretty much already broken even, so from here on out it’s all profit (and incentive to make Kick-Ass 3).
I didn’t really care for this movie. I don’t know, it doesn’t click for me, and I’m a huge fan of the first.
I thought it was pretty awful.
Didn’t see any acting from Jim Carrey, but plenty of mugging, which he is also good at. Still, he was the best thing in the movie.
This movie doesn’t seem to be doing so well. Only 2 weeks and it’s barely screening in cinemas. They’re still showing Despicable Me 2 
I liked the 1st 1. But the 2nd (IMO) sucked.
