You might also order bulk Rosemary online. It is a close relative of a South American herb that is widely used in Paraguay to prevent kidney stones. Just sprinkle a bit of powdered rosemary into something you eat every day. It can’t hurt, and might be your miracle cure.

Yes, try it. There has been little testing of its efficacy, but closely-related wild members of its genus have been widely used as a folk preventative. It doesn’t make a great tasting tea, so you’ll want to sweeten it or something.
