It’s a collection of almost real-time news stories that happen to be kinda weird and humorous. The website doesn’t take itself too seriously at all and it’s an overall good time. Be sure to check out the comments to the right of the article as well.
There is an insane amount of traffic through that site, as well as a dedicated large community of Farkers.
I highly recommend you check it out. If I’m not wasting time on the SDMB, I’m at fark.
Depending on your sense of humour, Irony Central might be just the thing.
