Note that Kobach himself and his team all claim to be actual lawyers. I think I’ve watched enough* Perry Mason* and *Matlock *to not make some of those mistakes.

Oh God I hope not. Six years under Clownback was bad enough. I can’t imagine four years under Kobach. There’s a bunch of high school kids running for governor and I’d almost have to think any one of them would make a better gov than KK.
Interesting article in TPM. Super Lawyer Kris Kobach missed a deadline for introducing new evidence, but that hasn’t stopped him from repeatedly trying to introduce the new evidence at trial, getting the smackdown from the judge each time. I wonder how many tries he gets before she slaps him with a contempt of court charge?
This kind of resistance to due process and court protocol seems like the hallmarks of a sovcit, not a sitting State functionary and practicing lawyer. Just weird.
