Glad you were able to get it. My question was directed at the women who are *still *dealing with heavy flows–mainly curious about what alternatives they’ve tried and why or why not.

There are times I use three pads. One in front and two of the long ones spread out across my ass. That’s where I always have my oopsies, but usually it’s at night. I don’t quite know WHY since I sleep on my side, but the spot will always be all the way up the back of my underwear. I must move around a LOT at night.
Spot all the way up the back = blood is seeping up your ass crack. ( ** waves at any MaleDopers who are still here for whatever reason ** ) At some point, you’re rolling onto your back.
One easy solution would be to quick-sew a little pocket into your sleepytime-shirt and stick in a tennis ball.
:o Or you could just take 4 or 5 squares of TP, fold them up and stick them in your ass crack. It isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world but being jerked awake because every time I roll on my back there is a tennis ball in the way is not acceptable to me (I suffer from insomnia) so the TP solution is the better choice IMO.
