I looked in the archives and did not find the answer. What happens to the previous years vehicles that the dealers were not able to sell? Are they sold at discount somewhere or are they sent to other countries or what?
The dealers sell all the cars on their lots…eventually.
I believe they have a sale on any stock older than the current model year, at a modest discount.
Once, reading through an old “Corvette” magazine, a Chevy dealer in California sat on a vew Vette for 3 years before he finally sold it.
