The FAA has a huge database of Airline On-Time Statistics and Delay Causes for commercial airlines. Does a similar database exist for space launches? I am interested to learn of any database that might exist, whether it is for commercial launches only, government launches, shuttle launches, or anything? If someone were so inclined to look at weather-related launch delays in the summer versus the winter, where could he/she go to find that data?
