Well, I tried calling last night but it was after P&G’s business hours, and, well, the cat had puked on the comforter so I just went for it.
I was a little cautious b/c I know a front loader uses far less water than a top loader. I used 1/8 cup ammonia in the pre-wash and another 1/8 cup in the wash. Nothing exploded, caught on fire, or died of poison gassing in the process so I guess I’m ok.
I would say I saw some results but plan to approach more aggressively next time for even more improvement. I’m thinking 1/4 cup just in the wash.

He might just have hairballs. They got stuff in petfood stores that works really good and fast. Just ask a clerk. You probably know that.
