Law school question

Same goes for litigators.

I am a litigator and I, obviously, disagree.

When I say “complex” legal work, I don’t mean legally complex; I guarantee I’m not qualified for that. Rather, I am referring to the basic understanding of legal concepts that we lawyers take for granted but which most laymen would have no cause to learn (like the elements of tort liability, the duties of a fiduciary, the fact that neither punitive contractual provisions nor gift promises are enforceable, subject-matter jurisdiction, specific vs. general intent, crap like that).
