Trick question – the language is no longer spoken as a primary language by anyone, although there are currently efforts to revive the tongue, including making it the means of communication at an Isle of Man school known as Bunscoill Ghaelgagh. Ned Maddrell, who died in 1974, was the last surviving native speaker of Manx. (I saw him mentioned in a recent Ripley’s Believe It or Not! cartoon, and thus knew the basic fact, although I used Wikipedia to research the revival effort.)
