Lebanese tea - anyone have a recipe?

I’m looking for a recipe for “Lebanese tea.” It has rose water, some sort of citrus juice, and sugar in it. I can’t find anything in my cookbooks and Google turned up nothing but restaurants serving it. This isn’t the first time Google has failed me, but it’s always breathtaking when it happens.

Thanks!

Sorry, I don’t have a recipe for you.

But I thought I’d add: there was a Lebanese restaurant in New Orleans that I loved and they had great Lebanese Iced Tea. It matched the description you gave but they also floated pine nuts on top. Yummy pine nuts. I don’t know if this is standard but it was a great touch.

I read through the Google results also. I noticed one source said that Lebanese tea was different at every place they tried it. So you could experiment with some or all of the ingredients mentioned until it tastes like what you had at the restaurant.

Some of the ingredients mentioned (besides tea):

rosewater
orange-blossom water
sugar
lemon juice
anise
pine nuts
