Another lefty checking in, and from a long line of lefties as well!
Eldest son of the eldest son of the eldest son, all left handed. Pretty cool. Err, in case that wasn’t clear… my father is a leftie, my grandfather is a leftie and my great grandfather was a leftie.
Being a leftie is a great thing for using a computer doing graphics. I can have the mouse in my right hand and the pen for my graphics tablet in the other. All the righties in the office get mad about that. Strangely enough, over 50% of all the artist working at my company are lefties.
Creative we are.
I also fly left, like JohnnyLA. I love being able to say that.
Play guitar left-handed. Own a couple very nice left-handed guitars. Love the way the faces of righties fall when they see my guitars and realize they can’t play them. A small retribution.
I don’t see how anyone can jerk off with a preference for one or the other hand. I alternate, left and right, until I’m done. If I used just one hand my arm would soon grow tired and cramp up.
JFTR, I’m a hooking lefty and the most left-handed person I know. Shifting gears in my manual-transmission car is about the only thing I do right-handed.
My righty wife and I both read upside down almost as easily as right-side up. If you’ve got something on your desk and you don’t want me to read it, put it away, fer Pete’s sake!
